Robin Erker, licensed Physical Therapist and owner of Grayslake Rehabilitation, has
been treating patients for over 32 years. Robin graduated from Saint Louis University
in 1993 and went on to work as a physical therapist receiving numerous awards
including 2008 YWCA Woman of Achievement. Robin is also a clinical instructor and
mentor for multiple Physical Therapy schools. Robin’s goal is to provide her patients
with the best possible care and lead them on the road to wellness and fulfillment.



​Prior to joining Sennogroup, Rita founded Fund Inc consulting, devoted to facilitating

increased contributed income to non-profit organizations. Before this 40-year journey,

Rita was a speech and language therapist in the Skokie, IL school system. Her

educational background qualified her as a school administrator. Rita strives to be a

welcoming bit of sunshine for Dr. Senno’s patients.

Dr. Senno earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and trained at Norwalk Hospital (Yale University) completing his residency at Boston University Medical Center.  He is committed to personal attention, mutual communication and compassion with the goal of improving quality of life.  Dr. Senno is an expert in the field of Physiatry and has authored articles and performed research dealing with injury prevention, patient evaluation, treatment and recovery.


In addition, Dr. Senno has a Masters in Science in Urban Planning, Policy Analysis & Public Management, provides medical/legal consultations, speaks fluent Spanish, has consulted on clinical programs, hospitals and facility designs internationally.


As an expert, he participated extensively in the development of "Heads Up: Concussions in High School Sports" and "Heads Up: Brain Injury In Your Practice" education kits published by the CDC.  He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Disability (Physiatry) with extensive experience in the management and treatment of Traumatic & Anoxic Brain Injuries, Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, Movement Disorders and General Rehabilitation. He is also an assistant professor at Rosalind Franklin Chicago Medical School.
